Nina and Samy set out to change that by partnering with skilled artisans, nutritionists, and innovators who shared their passion for excellence. Our non-alcoholic wines are crafted through a meticulous, multi-step process where alcohol is carefully removed without sacrificing the essential flavors or healthful properties. Our secret? The grapes we use are nurtured in the fertile, mineral-rich soils formed during the last Ice Age, ensuring a taste that is unmatched in the market.
Our Kombucha range, including the innovative Chambucha, is another example of our commitment to quality and well-being. Made from fermented organic green tea and Irish sea moss—a superfood sourced directly from Samy’s hometown—our Kombucha offers a refreshing, effervescent experience. Unlike conventional options, our drinks contain no added sugars, sweeteners, or artificial ingredients. Chambucha, a sparkling non-alcoholic alternative to Champagne, is served elegantly over ice in wine glasses, showcasing our dedication to redefining beverage traditions.
